My stay at the hotel was beyond amazing! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, making it larger and more comfortable than other hotels at this price range. However, there was a bit of noise when the patio was in use until 10 pm and I had to change rooms after the first night, which was a minor inconvenience.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms, though not huge, were very luxurious and attention to detail, like the ribbon-tied spare loo roll, made it special. The location was perfect, close to iconic NY spots but the nearby offices meant the blinds had to be closed. The service was exceptional, from breakfast trays to evening Happy Hours. The dining options were more than satisfying with complimentary offerings. Overall, a great spot with some minor inconveniences.
